Secondary Technician- Physical and Health Education (Ref: SEC/PET/20240424_ct)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist and support the PHE Faculty in all aspects of provision, including:

Supporting the day-to-day running of the PE department;
Organising equipment for lessons, including regular stock checks and equipment upkeep;
Assisting in the organization of key events (e.g., sports day, community events, after-school activities, and sports fixtures); and
Liaising with the facilities management and procurement teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in a PE-related field (preferred);
First Aid Qualification, or a willingness to undertake first aid training;
A strong interest in sports and physical activity;
Experience in an organizational role, preferably within a sports setting;
Experience and proficiency in following routines and checklists;
Ability to build effective working relationships with students, colleagues, and parents;
Ability to work effectively within a team environment, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities;
Adept at the use of technology to support learning and teaching;
Experience in a bilingual working environment is advantageous; and
Proficiency in both Chinese and English is desirable.
