Job Responsibilities:

· Provide secretarial and administrative support to Legal Department, including Head of Legal

· Read and to have basic understanding of legal files and file legal documents and correspondence

· Proofread and edit legal documents

· Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or above with formal secretarial training

· 3 - 5 years’ secretarial experience, preferably in a law firm or in Company Secretarial Department

· Well-organized, able to work independently and with excellent attention to detail

· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Self-motivated and responsible

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Excellent command of written/ spoken English

· Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
