The portable and compact models are particularly attractive for mobile screening programs, emergency units, and rural‑health initiatives in emerging healthcare systems.
Role Mission
- To strengthen the clinical and technical adoption of advanced ultrasound solutions across Southeast Asia by building and enabling the capability of our distributors’ sales and application teams.
- To translate technical product features into clear clinical benefits that support improved diagnosis, workflow, and demo‑to‑sale conversion, while driving successful new‑product introductions (NPI) in the APAC region.
Role Summary

- You will act as the primary clinical and technical bridge between our regional organization and its distributors in Southeast Asia, ensuring that application teams are fully equipped to demonstrate, position, and support ultrasound solutions, including new product launches, training, and luminary‑site development.
Job Description
- Provide ultrasound product and clinical application support to distributors in the Southeast Asian region, with a focus on Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Indonesia.
- Create marketing and training materials (e.g., case studies, feature‑to‑benefit content, demo‑based assets) for the sales and application teams to better link technical selling features with clinical diagnosis and workflow advantages.
- Support the execution of NPI (new product introduction) launches in APAC, ensuring that dealers clearly understand new product capabilities, clinical applications, and positioning.
- Develop and manage key opinion‑leader (KOL) and luminary‑site relationships at the APAC level, organizing and facilitating KOL engagements and advocacy for our ultrasound portfolio.
- Increase awareness of the latest ultrasound technologies by conducting regular on‑site and virtual training sessions for distributor teams and end‑users.
- Improve and upgrade the skillset of dealer application teams, including their demonstration, case‑presentation, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Actively track and analyze demo performance, with the objective of increasing demo‑to‑sale win rates in coordination with the regional sales and marketing teams.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an ultrasound application specialist or in a similar clinical‑support role within the ultrasound or medical‑imaging industry.
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of ultrasound system operation, clinical applications (radiology, cardiology, OB‑GY, vascular, emergency/ICU), and ultrasound‑guided procedures.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (>50% of working time) within Southeast Asia, with a preference for candidates based in or connected to Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, or Indonesia.
- Background as a sonographer or experience assisting on equipment‑related cases (e.g., robotic‑ or MRI‑guided ultrasound fusion) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and influence both technical teams and clinical users.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in at least one local language (e.g., Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog, Vietnamese, etc.) is highly desirable.

- Based in one of the following countries: Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, or any one SE Asian country.
- Working hours: 5‑day work week, Monday to Friday, supporting a healthy work‑life balance.
- Annual leave: 14 days per year.
- 13‑month base salary, plus performance‑related bonus.
