The Office Admin will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations within the organisation. This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in the financial services industry in Hong Kong.

工作内容

Coordinate calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and prepare meeting rooms (booking, setup, refreshments)
Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment, including vendor liaison and order tracking
Process and record company expenses, maintain invoice files, and support monthly expense reconciliation
Manage office facilities matters, including basic maintenance issues and coordination with building management
Support general administrative tasks such as document filing, correspondence handling, and ad‑hoc administrative support to the team
Performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned to support the team's needs.
