Responsibilities:

Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upgrading of the building fabrics, and major renovation works.
Supervising in-house technicians, outsourced consultants, and contractors to implement corrective and preventive maintenance plans.
Handling the full project cycle, including tender preparation, contract administration, project management, and site supervision, etc.
Responsible for the smooth operation of all building services facilities and equipment on the premises.
Monitoring consultants and contractors for maintenance and building enhancement work.
Day-to-day coordination and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders regarding scheduled work, completed work, and contract management.
Assisting with the management of external service providers for the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services.
Undertaking audits and on-site inspections to ensure work is being executed in accordance with agreed standards and supplier agreements.
Assisting with the compilation, coordination, and monitoring of budgets for building services and procurement activities.
Assisting the team in analyzing contract statistics and performance, completing tasks, and implementing plans to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved.
Maintaining and updating systems, processes, and policies to ensure accurate information pertaining to facilities management is stored correctly and accessible.
Making recommendations for the improvement of operational procedures and processes for the Facilities Management working stream.
Assisting in project management, liaising with external contractors/vendors, fitting out/renovation works coordination, etc.
Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with standards and Health & Safety Regulations.
Undertaking any other duties as assigned by the Project & Facilities Director.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building Services Engineer, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in facilities management, property maintenance and/or renovation works, preferably in sizeable organisations.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in using computer software. Knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage.
Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices is a plus.
Mature, technically competent and able to work independently.
Good team work and competent at site supervision.
