Administrative Officer

Holder of a Diploma in any discipline
Exp. in hospital / healthcare field is a plus
Exp. in the area of billing is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Support day to day operation of billing and revenue management;
Handle patient billing issues and ensure accuracy and completeness of chargeable items for inpatient invoice;
Facilitate the revision and amendment of inpatient invoice for centers and wards;
Cross check patient's share of payment and discount setting for direct billing case of inpatient;
Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry and record keeping;
Shift duty is required; and
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

Job Requirements

Holder of a Diploma in any discipline
At least 2 years’ work experience, prior experience in hospital, hotel, airline or insurance company and experience in the area of billing is preferred
Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player, possess analytical and problem-solving skill; able to work independently and under pressure
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office applications

Compensation and Employment Terms

We provide a unique employment experience for people seeking careers in hospital and healthcare industry; and offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates. Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
