Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (Global IT Firm), your main responsibilities will include:

Drive new business development and revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic opportunities within assigned markets and accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on technology and digital transformation initiatives.
Develop and execute account and sales strategies to expand wallet share and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including opportunity qualification, solution shaping, commercial negotiation, and deal closure.
Collaborate closely with internal solution, delivery, and offshore teams to create compelling, client-centric proposals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to proactively position relevant solutions and services.
Manage pipeline forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking to ensure achievement of revenue and growth targets.
Represent the organization professionally in client meetings, industry events, and executive-level discussions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

Educational qualifications in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven track record in business development or enterprise sales within IT services, technology consulting, or digital transformation.
Strong ability to build and manage senior executive relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
Demonstrated success in managing complex, end-to-end sales cycles and closing high-value, multi-year deals.
Solid understanding of technology solutions, delivery models, and commercial structuring.
Strategic mindset with strong market awareness and the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across multicultural environments.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
