Job Description

Lead the IT Finance & Governance function to ensure smooth daily operations and streamlined financial processes
Manage and develop team members within the IT Finance & Governance function, serving as the primary escalation point for complex issues
Own IT expense budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning, including regular and ad hoc management reporting
Prepare and present financial analyses such as trend analysis, gap analysis, cost optimization insights, and economic IT expense reports
Partner with IT leadership to validate annual IT charges and support ongoing cost discipline and efficiency initiatives
Facilitate regular IT Finance Governance meetings to align Finance, regional stakeholders, and technology teams on financial matters, issue resolution, and process improvements
Provide clear, timely IT finance reports and insights to senior management to support decision‑making
Support continuous improvement of IT financial controls, payment cycles, and governance frameworks
Act as a key liaison between business, IT, and internal/external vendors to ensure financial transparency and accountability

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
Approximately 8-12 years of relevant experience in IT, Finance, or Technology Management, including 3-5 years in IT finance, governance, or technology financial management
Experience within financial services, insurance, banking, or large‑scale enterprise environments is preferred
Strong hands‑on experience in IT budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and cost management
Proven capability in management reporting, dashboards, financial trend analysis, and expense forecasting
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); advanced Excel skills are an advantage
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, able to bridge technology, finance, and vendor teams
Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an added advantage
