We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new business worldwide and to manage the merchandising process of beauty products.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Demand & Supply Planning

Analyse actual product demand, sales trends, and market dynamics to continuously refine demand forecasting and supply planning activities
Liaise with commercial, merchandising, and supplier teams to align forecasts with lead times, capacity constraints, and brand strategies.

Inventory Strategy & Control

Implement stock-holding strategies based on demand forecasts and market insights to achieve inventory targets.
Support the preparation and execution of action plans to resolve out-of-stock and excess inventory situations.

Order Management & Logistics Coordination

Manage order processing and inbound shipment schedules to ensure timely replenishment.
Closely monitor inbound shipping schedules and coordinate with Merchandising Team Heads to ensure timely product availability.
Optimise replenishment plans by reviewing supplier performance and delivery reliability

Supplier & Cross‑Functional Coordination

Build effective working relationships with suppliers to improve order fulfilment rates
Coordinate with Merchandising Team Heads to resolve inventory issues and support brand strategies.
Work cross‑functionally with merchandising, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure alignment on inventory and availability goals, as well as overall business objectives

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

Track inventory and supply chain KPIs, including service level, inventory turns, and stock availability.
Identify process gaps and implement workflow, system, or SOP enhancements.

Systems & Reporting Support

Support ERP system activities, ensuring data integrity and continuity of demand planning and purchasing operations.
Assist with SOP updates, training materials, and ongoing compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Support the Senior Demand & Supply Planning Manager in translating planning strategies into effective operational execution.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Retail, FMCG, or eCommerce environments.
Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management.
Strong numerical sensitivity with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Self‑motivated, well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven, with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to work independently and under pressure, while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Competent working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with demand forecasting tools, supply planning systems, or ERP platforms; exposure to beauty products is an advantage.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
