Work Supervisor (2-year contract)

Responsibilities:

supervising contractors employed in construction, maintenance and improvement of building services installations;
taking measurements at sites; and
performing related technical duties.

Job requirements:

Certificate in Building Services or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational
Completed the below courses:

Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card)

Safety and Health Supervisor (Construction Course)

Basic Accident Prevention Course

Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces

Attained the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in English Language in the HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; and Secondary 3 standard or above in Chinese Languages, or equivalent;
At least three (3) years relevant post-qualification local experience of site supervision of building services installations
