What you’ll do

Lead the intake, assessment and prioritization of business technology demands and manage the overall IT project portfolio
Drive end-to-end delivery of system enhancements, integrations and digital initiatives, ensuring governance and quality compliance
Oversee enterprise systems (FMS, ERP, workflow and custom applications), including upgrades, migrations and continuous improvements
Manage BI dashboards, data models and analytics development while ensuring strong data governance and accuracy
Lead and develop the IT System Support & BI teams, managing performance, workload and capability growth
Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating needs into technology solutions and supporting digital transformation
Maintain strong communication and relationships across business units, vendors and technical partners

Key qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related discipline; Master’s degree is an advantage
5-7 years of experience in IT business systems, demand management, or business intelligence, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
Strong experience in system analysis, solution design, and project management
Solid knowledge of SQL, VBA, .NET, Java, web technologies, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Navision, and platforms such as IBM Tririga or MRI
Demonstrated experience managing BI tools, data models, and reporting frameworks

Personal skills you excel

Knowledge of AI and robotics will is an advantage
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from concept to execution

Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.
