Organic Compost Market

Job Description

To oversee and supervise public relation matters at O.PARK1 including the operation of the visitor centre;
To assist in handling general enquiry and complaint received by EPD relating to O.PARK1;
To assist client in liaising with stakeholders to promote Waste-Derived Material WDM (e.g. food waste-derived compost) and support district education and programmes on WDM utilization initiatives;
To assist in managing separate WDM utilization studies conducted by client (e.g. contractor performance, payment and claims, regular surveillance and reporting, etc.);
To assist in handling other adhoc office administration and other duties as assigned by client.

Qualification requirment:

Bachelor degree or Master degree in Marketing or a relevant marketing subject from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
Have good knowledge in organic compost and good understanding of local organic compost market;
Possesses at least 3 years of working experience in sales and marketing of organic compost, waste facilities and application of organic compost to government projects will be an advantage;
Experience in public relation of waste facilities;
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator software;
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Input Method;
Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese, proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage.
