Senior Consumer Insight Manager position from a renowned & top personal care company Your new company You will join a world leading personal care company which is committed to building strong brands through deep consumer understanding. Your new role

Serve as a senior insight leader within the Brand function, elevating consumer understanding to drive stronger brand and business decisions.
Establish, unify, and continuously elevate consumer research standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organisation.
Act as the insight lead on priority category and brand initiatives, including portfolio innovation, brand communication, segmentation, and brand equity strategy.
Translate deep consumer and cultural insights into clear strategic choices that influence brand and company strategy.
Embed bodybuilding frameworks into insight work to ensure consistent application across teams.
Partner closely with cross-functional and multinational stakeholders-including Brand, Finance, Sales, R&D, and other teams-to identify and unlock category growth opportunities.
Apply integrative thinking to convert insights into tangible business actions together with key business partners.
Lead capability development in consumer understanding, behavioural science, and learning design across teams.
Identify, pilot, and scale digital and AI‑enabled insight tools to improve the speed, depth, and relevance of consumer understanding.
Collaborate with internal digital and AI teams to deploy solutions such as GenAI‑assisted exploration, social listening, research automation, and digital journey analytics.
Enable insight‑led understanding of brand content and retail journeys across e-commerce, social, and emerging digital platforms.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer insights, market intelligence, analytics, or insight strategy roles.
Experienced in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proven experience leading major brand, category, or business‑building projects that deliver a clear commercial impact.
Excellent storytelling, communication, and influencing skills, with confidence in engaging senior business stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to drive functional capability building, establish standards, or elevate insight excellence across teams (strongly preferred).
Deep passion for understanding consumers, culture, and human behaviour, with a track record of converting insight into strategic direction.
High level of curiosity and openness toward digital, AI‑enabled, and data-driven research approaches.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and regions.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
