We are seeking a talented and driven Project Manager / Business Analyst with strong insurance industry knowledge to join our dynamic and fast-paced organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on challenges, enjoys solving complex business problems, and is passionate about delivering impactful solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions-leading projects end-to-end, gathering and analyzing requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of business initiatives that drive operational efficiency and customer value.

Responsibilities:

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process workflows, risks, timelines, and communication plans for projects.
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and within budget.
Engage and influence stakeholders to secure necessary support, input, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate and chair project meetings, including design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and issue resolution discussions.
Manage project closure activities, including financial reconciliation, documentation archiving, and post-implementation reviews.
Provide clear and timely communication to all stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, issues, and status updates.
Develop and execute test plans to validate that solutions meet business and functional requirements.
Analyze data to identify business challenges and opportunities for operational or strategic improvement.
Deliver training and support to end users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Integrate benefits tracking into project plans to ensure measurable outcomes are monitored post-implementation.
Ensure all project activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Serve as the Product Owner responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization of enhancements for the EB system.

Qualifications:

At least 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or solution delivery.
Good understanding of IT Infrastructure topics
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
University degree or post graduate degree level
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
Experienced in managing insurance, projects
Experience with digital transformation or system implementation projects in the insurance sector.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Knowledge of data analytics tools or techniques (e.g., SQL, Power BI).
Exposure to regional or cross-functional project environments.
