About the role

The Assistant People & Culture Manager will manage the full spectrum of HR services and work closely with Head of People & Culture to continuously improve People & Culture practices. You will support the planning, implementation and delivery of new HR projects and initiatives by bringing the best practices to the Club.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including but not limited to compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee relations, training and performance management
Act as a business partner to provide professional advice and guidance to department heads
Assist with workforce planning, insurance renewal and budget planning practices
Manage end-to-end payroll process
Review the existing HR policies and procedures and drive continuous improvement
Organize staff activities and events to foster a strong sports culture
Oversee day-to-day office administration
Manage compliance and overall maintenance of the HR systems

Requirements

Degree or diploma holder in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management
Minimum 5 years experience in hotel or club industry with at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
Strong communication, analytical and strategic planning skills
Strong business and HR acumen
Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
Excellent command on spoken and written English and Cantonese
