Job Description:

To oversee all computer project deliverables throughout the entire system life cycle and service delivery, including feasibility studies, privacy impact analysis, systems analysis and design, procurement and installation of computer systems, site preparation, programming, implementation, security risk assessment and audit, as well as system nursing and maintenance.
To prepare and conduct procurement activities, including but not limited to the acquisition of necessary implementation services, hardware and software, and services for security risk assessment and audit, as well as privacy impact analysis.
To carry out system development for the Electronic Forms Submission System (EFSS) — designed for online form submission and processing within the Department — and other systems, including the development of electronic forms using Adobe Life Cycle / Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
To perform system maintenance and support for EFSS and other systems, covering application and system monitoring, software and hardware maintenance, and the implementation of security patches.
To participate in vendor management for outsourced services, ensuring quality assurance of deliverables and formal service acceptance.
To take part in procurement processes for IT systems, products, and services.
To be responsible for the implementation, development, maintenance, and ongoing support of IT systems.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
At least 3 years’ experience in .NET C#, JavaScript Programming and Structured Query Language
At least 1 years’ experience in server virtualisation, specifically regarding the installation and configuration of server hardware and software
At least 1 years’ experience in Adobe LiveCycle ES
At least 1 years’ experience in implementation / maintenance of online system
