Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager

(Healthcare / Supplements / Financial Services)

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Marketing professional to support brand growth and business development across Healthcare, Nutritional Supplements, or Financial Services sectors. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, brand visibility, and commercial results.

The ideal candidate has strong writing and content capabilities, solid campaign execution experience, and a deep understanding of regulated or semi‑regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels

Produce high‑quality written content including marketing copy, EDMs, product materials, brochures, social posts, and website content

Manage branding, messaging, and positioning in alignment with corporate and regulatory guidelines

Collaborate with sales, product, and compliance teams to ensure marketing accuracy and consistency

Plan and execute campaign launches, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives

Analyse campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and insights

Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing

Liaise with external vendors, agencies, designers, and media partners as required

Requirements

Mandatory Experience

Proven marketing experience in ONE of the following industries is required:
✅ Healthcare / Medical
✅ Nutritional Supplements / Wellness
✅ Financial Services / Insurance / Banking

Candidates without experience in at least one of the above industries may not be considered.

Professional Background

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines

3–8 years of relevant marketing experience (seniority adjusted based on role level)

Strong understanding of regulated products, compliance requirements, and risk‑sensitive messaging

Core Skills

Excellent English writing and copywriting skills (Chinese writing is an advantage)

Strong campaign planning, execution, and coordination capabilities

Experience managing multi‑channel marketing (digital, content, branding, events)

Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics

Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
