Job Summary

Maximize catering or group sales revenue by managing and developing accounts.
Follow up on negotiation process on all catering or group sales leads.
Ensure delivery of services in catering or group sales through clear communications and coordination with all relevant departments.

Job Requirements

Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline.
Minimum 2-3 year(s) of relevant experience gained in sizable hotel.
Good proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
Knowledge of Delphi and Opera system is an advantage.
Candidate with less experience may be considered for the position of Sales Executive, Event Booking Center (Catering or Group).
