Are you looking to be part of revolutionizing online shopping behaviour and experience? We are a well-esteemed eCommerce company that operates multiple eCommerce websites internationally. We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new beauty business worldwide and to build brand awareness and sales revenue.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Planning

Business Strategic Planning: Initiate and oversee the end-to-end execution of action items derived from the company’s annual goals.
Business Unit P&L Management: Strategic oversight and lead the team on analysis, and optimization of revenue and expenses to maximize business profitability.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with Marketing and Merchandising departments to spearhead promotional campaigns that advance annual business objectives.

Digital Marketing & Performance

SEM Management: Lead a high-performing team in the creation, management, and optimization of SEM campaigns to boost high-quality traffic and conversion rates.
Operational Oversight: Direct the daily operational workflow of the digital team, ensuring excellence in execution and task management.

Market Intelligence & Analytics

Data-Driven Insights: Synthesize complex data into actionable reports, covering KPIs such as sales trends, brand performance, traffic metrics, CR%, and SEM efficiency.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor landscapes to identify and capture new business opportunities.

Agile Support: Address ad-hoc projects and strategic priorities as directed by Senior Management.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, e-Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Sales or e-Commerce Business fields.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects effectively.
Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics, such as Google Ads and GA4 and proficiency in e-Commerce platforms and CMS systems.
A self-motivated professional capable of thriving under pressure and collaborating across departments to meet shared goals.
Exceptional command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
