A well-established property management company is looking for high calibre to join us:

Responsibilities

Achieve high level of customers’ satisfaction and establish friendly rapport with residents / tenants;
Liaise with service contractors to ensure high quality services;
Attend regular meeting and prepare management/financial reports;
Answer enquires and handle complaints of residents / tenants;
Prepare general daily reports and handle administrative duties;
Monitor the performance of maintenance, security, cleaning teams;
Work Location:8 Mount Nicholson Road (The Peak)

Requirements

Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines with at least 3 or 2 years' experience in property management;
Proficient in Building Management Ordinance, DMC and/or related ordinances;
Service oriented, self-motivated and open-minded;
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English;
Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese-processing etc.
