Director of Strategic and Business Development (Job Ref.: PFLF-DSBD-046)

Location: The Pokfulam Farm

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Board to establish and implement mission-driven strategies.
Develop financial oversight mechanisms to effectively balance income and expenses.
Lead and expand fundraising initiatives, building sustainable revenue streams.
Set and monitor performance metrics that ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
Foster community and stakeholder relationships to enhance project visibility and support.

Qualifications:

Degree in business development, management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in strategic leadership, ideally within an NGO or nonprofit sector.
Proven track record in business development, financial management, and fundraising.
Strong strategic planning and performance management skills, with demonstrated success in KPI achievement.
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Salary and Benefits:

Monthly Salary: HKD 35,000 – 42,000 (negotiable)
Discretionary End-of-Year Bonus, subject to individual performance and company results
Employer Mandatory MPF Contribution: 5% (capped at HKD 1,500 per month)
Annual Leave: 16 days per year, including 2 days of family leave
