Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to lead and scale our client’s operational functions.

This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a results-driven professional with a strong background in end-to-end operations system building, process optimization, and cross-functional project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive measurable improvements through data-informed decision-making and systematic problem-solving.

Main Responsibilities

End-to-End Operations System Development

Lead the design and implementation of scalable operational frameworks for core business lines, including customer onboarding, service delivery, and post-sales support.
Establish operational processes from the ground up for new business initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across contracting, delivery, and training functions to support business expansion.

Process Optimization & Efficiency Improvement

Conduct regular reviews of operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process re-engineering initiatives.
Utilize tiered support models, internal knowledge systems, and cross-functional collaboration tools to enhance service efficiency and reduce escalation rates.

Data-Driven Operations Management

Establish and maintain operational dashboards to monitor key performance indicators such as response time, resource utilization, and issue resolution rates.
Enable leadership to transition from intuition-based to data-informed decision-making through robust tracking mechanisms and performance analytics.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Project Execution

Coordinate resources across product, technology, sales, and customer success teams to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.
Lead large-scale project transitions, ensuring operational stability and continuous improvement post-launch.

Vendor Performance Management

Develop and implement vendor evaluation frameworks to ensure service quality, compliance, and operational stability.
Conduct structured performance reviews to maintain high standards of external service delivery.

Team Enablement & Knowledge Management

Build and mentor high-performing operations teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Establish and maintain SOPs, knowledge bases, and training programs to scale team capabilities and ensure operational consistency.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or above; Engineering or related technical field preferred.

More than 10 years in operations, project management, or related roles, with progressive leadership responsibilities.

Proven Track Record:

Demonstrated success in building operational systems from the ground up.

Experience in driving measurable efficiency improvements through process re-engineering and tool implementation.

Background in managing large-scale project transitions and post-handover operations is highly valued.

Core Competencies:

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Systematic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management and data analysis tools is a plus.
