Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Lead the planning, development, and implementation of integrated advertising and communication campaigns to drive brand and business objectives.
Ensure marketing excellence by applying data‑driven insights, industry best practices, and strong creative judgment.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with internal stakeholders including Product, Compliance, Distribution and other business units to align marketing initiatives with organisational priorities.
Facilitate smooth communication and coordination to ensure timely and compliant execution of campaigns.

External Partnerships & Market Engagement

Drive brand presence through strategic external partnerships, sponsorships, and participation in market events.
Identify and evaluate opportunities that strengthen brand visibility and relevance.

Vendor & Agency Management

Manage and collaborate with creative, media, and production agencies to deliver effective, high-quality marketing solutions.
Oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution, ensuring efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and adherence to brand standards.

Brand Experience & Credential Building

Support the development of brand credential strategies and storytelling frameworks.
Enhance customer experience across various touchpoints and contribute to branding-related initiatives and ad hoc strategic projects.

Brand Governance

Act as a brand custodian to safeguard consistent brand expression across all marketing, communications, and digital channels.
Champion brand guidelines and ensure all materials align with the brand's identity and positioning.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: University graduate, in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Admin or related disciplines
Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing/ advertising/ branding. Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns and working with cross-functional teams.
Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently. Embraces change with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
Skills: Strong presentation, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong writing skills in both English and Chinese. Hands-on AI application experience will be a plus
Excellent command spoken English and Chinese
Familiar with China market will be a plus
