Job Description

What you'll do:

Conduct dedicated advisory services for SMEs and give sharing on government funding schemes in various activities
Support the development and growth of local SMEs and start-ups through Hong Kong, GBA and global connections by delivering funding support programmes
Develop and implement marketing activities (including seminars, outreaches, exhibitions etc.) from event and project management, promotion, on-site logistics, procurement, post event evaluation and follow up, etc.
Liaise and collaborate with internal and external parties to develop high impact industry programmes and achieve expected performance outcomes
Handle day-to-day operations of customer relationship management and customers’ enquiries
Manage case tracking and performance analysis for assigned projects
Assist supervisors on ad hoc projects as requested

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

Bachelor degree or above from any disciplines with at least 6 years’ relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing Communication, Social Science, or equivalent
Solid knowledge of government funding schemes, with strong relationships across industry associations and the business community are preferred.
Multi-tasking with strong business acumen and client relationship management skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a visionary mindset
Candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of AI, or experience and ability to apply Generative AI tools in their work, will be preferred
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Note:

1. Applicant may be considered for other positions if not matching the requirements of the subject position.

2. This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 24 months subject to renewal.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates. A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
