Customer Services Representative (Admission)

Key Responsibilities:
Perform clerical and customer services duties to support the operation of the Department. Typical duties include:

Handle inquiries and feedbacks from both internal and external stakeholders such as wards and clients / patients
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
Assist in crowd control to ensure a smooth visitor flow
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Good customer services and communication skills
Relevant experience in customer services is an advantage
Proficiency in using Microsoft applications including English and Chinese Word Processing
Shift duty is required
