Commercial and Brand Coordinator

The Commercial and Brand Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the Commercial and Brand team across both Hotel and PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation) businesses. This role is well-suited for a motivated individual who enjoys teamwork, is proactive, embraces new challenges, and is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic hospitality and accommodation environment.

Job responsibilities:

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Commercial and Brand team for both Hotel and PBSA assets.
Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals, presentations, reports, and basic marketing materials.
Support brand and marketing activities by coordinating content updates across social media platforms, websites, and internal channels.
Liaise with clients and partners enquiries by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely follow-up.
Assist in organising marketing campaigns, promotional activities, events, and photoshoots as required.
Maintain organised records, databases, and basic CRM data to support commercial activities.
Provide general support to cross-functional teams, including Operations and Sales, to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related disciplines.
Previous internship or 1–2 years of working experience in marketing, sales support, hospitality, or administrative roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
A strong team player with a collaborative mindset and positive working attitude.
Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn on the job.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support the team in a fast-paced environment.
Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.
