About the role

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and help strengthen our brand presence—with a special focus on the Chinese market. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior marketer who is passionate about storytelling, digital trends, and leveraging AI to enhance marketing productivity.

What you'll be doing

Create and curate engaging content (copy, images, short videos) for website, social media, and email campaigns;
Use common AI marketing tools (e.g., Canva AI, CapCut, Notion AI, Jasper, or equivalent) to generate content ideas, write copy, edit visuals, and produce short-form videos;
Assist in managing Chinese social media platforms including Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), WeChat, Douyin, and YouTube;
Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns (SEM, social media, display, email) to drive engagement and lead generation;
Help adapt global marketing materials for the Chinese audience, ensuring cultural relevance and brand alignment;
Assist in organizing online and offline events such as open houses, roadshows, and promotional activities;
Monitor social media comments and guest inquiries, assisting the team in responding professionally across digital channels;
Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis, particularly on China hospitality trends;
Track and report on content performance (views, engagement, conversions) and suggest improvements;
Support the marketing team in daily administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

What we're looking for

Diploma or Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field;
At least 1 year of relevant marketing experience (internships or freelance work considered);
Experience marketing to Chinese audiences, including familiarity with Xiaohongshu, WeChat, or Douyin;
Hands-on experience with common AI marketing tools for content creation (e.g., AI image/video editing, copywriting, or scheduling tools);
Strong creative and content creation skills—able to write engaging copy and produce basic visuals/short videos;
Basic graphic and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express);
Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and hands-on experience with Google Analytics (e.g., tracking campaign performance, analyzing traffic, generating basic reports);
A self-starter who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys experimenting with new digital tools;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (to support Chinese content creation);
Candidates with strong portfolios or proven results from AI-assisted content will be preferred.

Candidates with more than 3 years of experience or strong supervisory potential may be considered for a Senior Marketing Executive role.
