Job Description

Managing accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
Handling bank reconciliations and monitoring financial transactions.
Providing administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Collaborating with team members to improve financial processes.

The Successful Applicant

A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good communication and organizational skills.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Proficiency in Cantonese and English.
