About Our Client

The company is a part of a large organization within the professional services industry, operating across multiple regions. They are committed to delivering excellence in their field and fostering a professional and structured working environment.

Job Description

Managing daily financial operations and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements and reports.
Assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes to meet reporting deadlines.
Handling accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
Coordinating with internal and external auditors during audits.
Supporting tax filings and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Collaborating with the regional finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA or ACCA are preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations in the professional services industry.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent language skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work within a large organization.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
