Job Description

As an Accounting Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
Overseeing the accuracy of accounts payable and receivable processes.
Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitoring budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
Providing insights to support strategic decision-making and cost control.
Supervising and mentoring the accounting team to meet organizational objectives.
Collaborating with internal and external auditors during audits.
Implementing and improving financial systems and processes for efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounting Manager should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as CPA or equivalent.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle and etc.)
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
