Working Hours: 09:00 to 18:00

Work location: Shatin

Responsibities:

Communicate with end users, internal parties and vendors for project implementation
Provide project and administrative support:
Taking dictations and minutes during meetings
Collect goods and arrange goods delivery / storage
Maintain inventory record
Disposal handling
Escorting vendors
Onsite work may be required in customer site remote office in non-office hours.

Requirements:

Experience in project management, including budgeting, project planning and project execution is a must.
Experience in handling end user inquiries and resolving issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Willing to learn
