Travel Consultant / Senior Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and provide professional travel advice on flights, hotels, tours, insurance, and other travel-related services.
Plan and customize travel itineraries according to clients’ needs, preferences, and budget, ensuring compliance with company and client travel policies.
Manage end-to-end booking processes, including reservations, ticketing, amendments, cancellations, and refunds with high accuracy.
Ensure service levels, response time, and service quality meet company standards and agreed SLAs.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and travel documents (itineraries, confirmations, invoices, visa-related documents where applicable).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, products, promotions, and airline/visa regulations relevant to the global market.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Handle customer feedback and complaints in a polite, efficient manner, escalating cases when necessary.
Update and maintain customer and booking records in the system with accurate data.

Requirements

At least 1-3 years' relevant experience in the travel industry. Candidate with more experience will be considered as “Senior Travel Consultant”.
Self-motivated, independent, service-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Resolving customer issues quickly and independently / with supplier
Professional communication (written and verbal)
Knowledge in GDS Amadeus is a must.
Teamwork member with good communication skill that can provide accurate information’s with colleague.
Good in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Good in Microsoft Office.
