SENIOR PROPERTY OFFICER / PRORERTY OFFICER

Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting manager in providing high quality management services of property and daily operation
Establish and maintain good relationships with residents
Handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints
Monitor the standards of outsourced contractors’ services of properties
Coordinate regular meetings with owners' organization if necessary
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirement:

Degree holder in relevant disciplines or equivalent qualification preferred
Min. 3-4 years working experience in property agency, tenancy management and building management preferred
Relevant professional qualifications in property management and M.H.K.I.H / M.H.K.I.S. / M.C.I.H. / R.P.H.M. an advantage
Holder of Estate Agent’s Licence is preferred
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Excellent communication skill with all levels
Knowledge of PC essential
Immediately available is highly preferred
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Property Officer
