We’re looking for a proactive and creative Senior Officer or Assistant Manager (Marketing & Partnerships) to join our team! You’ll be responsible for managing events, building strategic partnerships, and developing fun, on-trend digital content. The ideal candidate has at least 4-6 years of relevant experience and understands the Gen Z market and language.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute member engagement and corporate events – think festive parties, music shows, dance challenges, online fun quizzes, award ceremonies, career workshops and fairs, and more!
Handle end-to-end event logistics: guest invitations, material prep, publicity, venue/vendor/performer coordination, etc.
Collaborate with the team to create fresh, engaging digital and social media content – from brainstorming to posting, to comprehensive analysis.
Build and maintain cool partnerships: joint promotions with brands, event sponsorships, KOL collabs, university tie-ups, and beyond.
Support in identifying potential clients/partners and craft proposals and presentations to forge strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
Conduct market research to gain a deeper understanding of the Gen Z demographic, university student preferences, and emerging market trends.
Take on ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and the ability to manage various projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.

You're a creative go-getter with a passion for marketing, events, and all things Gen Z. You know how to bring ideas to life—whether it's a formal corporate event, an Instagram reel, a festive party, or a music show. You're not afraid to get your hands dirty, and you thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You’ll thrive in this role if you -

Have at least 4-6 years of experience in marketing (event experience is a must!).
Are fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken & written).
Are social media savvy, and able to use simple tools like Canva to whip up visuals, and proposals.
Are detail-obsessed but also super creative!
Understand Gen Z culture, humour, and what makes them click (literally and emotionally).
Are proactive, responsible, and a great team player.
Are flexible to work on weekends/holidays if events require (don’t worry—we offer compensation leave).
