The incumbent will be responsible for performing purchasing duties and providing support to the Centralized Purchasing Team.

Diploma or above in Business Administration / Purchasing & Supply Management / Hotel Management related discipline
Minimum 2 years working experience in purchasing with skills and competency to handle food & beverage or non-food purchases, cost analysis, supplier performance management, quotation monitoring and report updating. Working experience in hospitality industry is an advantage
Strong sense of integrity, self-motivated, a good team player, good analytical, problem solving skills and able to work under pressure
Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CheckSCM application is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
Good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Officer
