Job Overview

Responsible for Corporate / Travel Trade. To source, secure and maximize revenue opportunities from dedicated account portfolio and leverage all sales tools and programs for maximum conversion. The Coordinator will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe, and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained. SHE/HE is responsible for the business activities for Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West.

Responsibilities

Support Commercial Director and Commercial team members in the hotel in related segments.
Drive business leads for the hotel in all revenue generating stream, maximizing revenue opportunities, and exceeding the set targets.
Support Commercial team in building and strengthening business relationships with existing and new customers to expand business share.
Handle all daily matters relating to sales operation.
Conduct preparation for Supervisors and above with daily logistic and arrange hotel inspection arrangements.
Assist in facilitating RFP & MICE business from corporate accounts and/or reservation orders follow-up from travel trade.
Assist in maintain and update PMS database periodically.
Assist in preparing action plans prior to group arrival, and brief respective departments if necessary.
Develop relationships with operation team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.

Requirements

Responsibilities (Con't)

Degree / Diploma in Hotel or Sales & Marketing Management or related discipline
Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences in hotel industry is preferred
Good command in English, Chinese and Mandarin
Familiar with PMS is an advantage.
Independent, self-motivated, and willing to assist others.
Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
