How you will make an impact:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the delivery of exceptional service quality to the clients
Identify and capture the business opportunities within the portfolio; set clear objectives and guide the team to achieve company targets and financial goals
Drive continuous improvement in processes, workflows and service delivery models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Actively mentor, coach and develop team members to maximize their potential and build a sustainable talent pipeline aligned with evolving business needs
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment that encourages innovation, collaboration and accountability

What we are looking for:

Degree in Business, Engineering or related field with leadership experience;
With supervisory experience in leading team in field work;
Board knowledge on Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and other Security Systems is an advantage;
Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving business objectives;
Commitment to people development and organizational growth;
Independent and multi-tasking, able to prioritize work strategically and according to business needs;
Excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English;
