We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Venue Booker to manage restaurant and café reservations across Hong Kong and Taiwan.

This role involves handling 50+ bookings per week via phone calls and online reservation platforms.

This position requires a fluent Mandarin and English speaker with strong communication skills, consistent availability, and the ability to manage bookings smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

⌘ Key Responsibilities

Contact restaurants and cafés via phone and online reservation platforms to secure bookings and maintain positive relationships
Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bookings
Communicate reservation updates clearly with internal teams
Handle last-minute changes and special requests professionally

⌘ Requirements

Native-level Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written)
Fluent-level English proficiency (for written communication)
Experience in customer service, hospitality, booking coordination, or administrative support is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently and calmly
Comfortable working remotely
Able to work regularly during the following time slots: Saturday mornings
