We are searching for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Support Officer to join our energetic team. If you’re organized and eager to learn, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle enquiries from business partners and clients, providing timely and professional follow-up throughout the quotation process.
Respond to customer reviews to enhance customer satisfaction and provide proactive support as needed.
Offer comprehensive support to the Sales & Marketing team, assisting with daily operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate updates to customer-facing materials, such as brochures and website content, working with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Support special projects and take on ad-hoc tasks to drive the team's success and support sales objectives.

Requirements:

Recent graduate or early-career professional from any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work well under pressure.
Familiarity with computer software applications and a strong interest in AI tools.
