Skills And Competencies

Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management or sales support roles
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and meticulousness in analyzing contracts and ensuring compliance with internal policies
Strong teamwork and customer service orientation. Highly responsive and proactive in issue identification, communication, and managing expectations
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience working with Salesforce CRM and/or Apttus is strongly desired
Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Education

Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) in finance, business administration, information systems, management, or a related field

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end contracting process for renewals and new business, serving as the primary point of contact for contract strategy, drafting, and execution
Partner with sales teams during pipeline review sessions to provide guidance, address contractual risks, and optimize the commercial approach
Analyze account data, license parameters, and terms to develop proposals for pricing, cross-selling opportunities, and renewals
Maintain accurate and consistent client data in CRM and internal systems, ensuring transaction details, pricing, and allocations are documented and error-free
Complete primary review of and validate all executed contracts, confirming compliance with internal policies and best practices. Ensure all information required for order submission is documented and accurate
Coordinate with internal teams like Legal, Finance, and Billing to address complex contracts and resolve issues while promptly responding to inquiries from clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and timely resolutions
