Administrative Officer II (AO II) (Contract)〈Ref: RS/231626)
Requirements:

Degree holder or above
HKCEE 5 Passes include Eng (Syl. B) and Chi at Grade E or above, or equivalent
Prior experience as an office administrator or handling administrative responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
If a candidate with lower education level or less working experience, who will be hired as an administrative assistant

Job Duties:

Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize
Willingness to learn and to grow
Self-directed and a problem solver
Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Provide a full spectrum of administrative support for the central administration, including HR, finance, IT, service quality and staff development
Liaise with internal and external parties on administrative and operational matters
Working Place: Wan Chai
