SENIOR LEASING OFFICER (RETAIL)

Retail leasing of prestigious retail properties in PRC
Liaison with international brands
Lease negotiation of new lettings and renewals

Responsibilities:

Formulate leasing strategy and handle the leasing matters for prestigious retail properties in PRC
Liaise with international brands
Handle lease negotiation of new letting and renewal, lease restructure and tenancy administration
Conduct marketing research

Requirements:

Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Real Estates or related disciplines
With around 3 - 5 years’ solid experience in handling retail property leasing, legal documents as well as dealing with reputable brands and property management issues independently
Experience in PRC retail leasing will be an advantage
Of good negotiation and interpersonal skills
Fluent Putonghua and English
Basically stationed in HK but travel to various PRC cities when necessary
