LEASING OFFICER / ASSISTANT LEASING OFFICER (OFFICE)

Responsibilities:

Assist in the leasing matters for prestigious office and apartment premises in PRC
Formulate and implement the leasing strategy
Manage the negotiation and conclusion of tenancies
Liaise with local estate agents
Prepare leasing documents and compile reports
Conduct research and feasibility study
Basically station in HK but travelling to various PRC cities is necessary

Requirements:

Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
At least 3 years' experience in property leasing
Fluent Putonghua, proficient written Chinese, excellent English
Good analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Experience in office leasing in PRC is a definite advantage
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer
