About the Role

The Managing Director will provide strategic leadership and overall management of the Property Management business across Hong Kong and Macau, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, sustainable business growth, and strong client relationships across a diverse property portfolio. The role is responsible for defining and steering the division’s long‑term strategy, driving financial performance, upholding regulatory and corporate compliance standards, and reinforcing the organization’s position as a leading property management service provider in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Business Management

Develop and execute the long-term business strategy for the Property Management division, aligned with the Group objectives.
Oversee overall operations, service delivery, and business performance across various portfolios.
Lead transformation initiatives to enhance productivity and service innovation.
Prepare business plans, budgets, forecasts, and ensure achievement of financial targets.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with clients, property owners, developers, and industry partners.
Oversee tender submissions, contract renewals, and expansion opportunities.
Serve as escalation point for major client issues.

Operational Excellence & Service Quality

Ensure buildings meet company standards, statutory requirements, and safety obligations.
Drive continuous improvement in operations, maintenance, ESG performance, and tenant engagement.
Monitor KPIs, operational risks, and implement corrective actions.

People Leadership

Lead and develop the operation management teams.
Foster a high‑performance culture with accountability and professionalism.
Oversee manpower planning and capability building.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with Hong Kong laws, regulatory standards, and company policies.
Uphold governance, operational controls, and audit requirements.
Manage business risks and crisis responses.

Business Development & Market Positioning

Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue diversification.
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 15–20 years of relevant experience, with at least 8 years at senior management level.
PMSA Tier-1 license holder is required.
Proven track record in managing large-scale property portfolios covering Hong Kong and Macau.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and drive high‑performing teams.
Innovative mindset with demonstrated ability to introduce new ideas, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with strong problem‑solving capability.
Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
High integrity and sound decision‑making capabilities.
Fluent in English and Cantonese; Putonghua an advantage.
