Operations Manager (Online Banking) [Ref no: OM-AL]

Min. of 3 years of relevant experience in online operations or product operation
Familiarity with the basic principles of banking operations, financial product
Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain multiple social media platforms, develop and implement data-driven content promotion plans;
Oversee the operational compliance processes, content strategy, creation, publication, and maintenance, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of content delivery;
Manage and maintain official customer engagement channels systematically, and use data analysis to monitor the effectiveness of various channels;
Provide internal and external support for product optimization, including writing internal training materials, customer communication scripts, customer notification strategies, and planning and executing product promotion campaigns, ensuring that product value is clearly and accurately communicated to target customers.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines;
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in online operations or product operations in the financial industry or banking sector;
Familiarity with the basic principles of banking operations, financial products, and rigorous compliance risk control environment;
Prefer candidates with experience in Hong Kong banking or cross-border financial operations;
Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, capable of independently completing operations monitoring, data analysis, and report writing;
Experience in comprehensive online multi-channel operations planning and execution, with excellent content planning, project management, and cross-departmental collaboration skills;
Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent team spirit and communication skills;
Proficiency in Cantonese is preferred.
