Senior Sales Officer / Sales Officer

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies based on market data
Conduct comprehensive property market research and data analysis
Prepare detailed sales reports, presentations, and documentation supported by relevant data and insights
Collaborate with relevant parties to assist in daily operations in relation to sales activities
Liaise with business associate such as property agents, solicitors, and advertising agencies to strive for successful sales launch
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business performance
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in property sales or market research within leading property developers in Hong Kong
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formula creation, pivot tables, and report automation
Ability to generate insightful reports backed by accurate data interpretation
Good knowledge of property market dynamics and related ordinances is an advantage
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and numerical sensitivity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
