Diploma/degree holder with at least 10 years of management experience
Experience in execution of cleaning/gardening projects

Responsibilities:

Management on Cleaning and Gardening teams

Lead two sizable working teams comprising of cleaners, gardeners and clerical staff to perform daily cleaning and gardening services for Fairview Park, aiming to maintain high standard of environmental hygiene, as well as decorating a comfortable environment by horticulture.
Responsible for maintaining and improving the daily service standard in cleaning and gardening.
Ensure smooth operations of two working teams, by coordination of duties, delivery of instructions, scheduling rosters for workers, as well as supervision and delivery of training to staff in Environmental Services Department.
Handle customers’ complaints and enquires in respect of environmental issues
Risk assessment on workflow of labourers, and establish occupational safety policies so as to prevent injury at work cases.
Management of outsourced contractors so as to ensure the quality of services provided.
Preparation for regular environmental services reports
Attend regular Residents’ meetings

Procurement

Monitor procurement procedures of the Company, and carry out related tasks including placing purchase order, delivery of schedule, monitoring quality of goods, inventory control and cost management, with support by procurement staff.
Responsible for sourcing quality vendors and suppliers for the Company and cost control.
Lead the team to be strong in negotiation with suppliers in the best business terms.
Responsible for the contract and vendor management, and ensure timely contract execution including but not limited to tender documents preparation, and preparation of contracts in accordance with agreed guidelines.

Requirements:

Diploma/degree holder with at least 10 years of management experience in large scale organization (relevant experience with NGO may be an advantage), and possess experience to lead a sizable team
Experience in execution of cleaning/gardening projects/ environmental preservation is required.
Good procurement experience is a must.
High integrity and strong leadership, with strong ability in coordination is preferable.
Practical knowledge and problem-solving skills are required
Strong analytical mind with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in MS Office
Good command of both English and Cantonese
