About the role
We are seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk or Senior Accounting Clerk to join our team at DC Ballet. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in supporting our accounting operations.

Job Duties

· Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

· Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records

· Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements

· Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed

· Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Job Requirements

· Minimum DSE with LCC Intermediate qualification or above; a diploma in Accounting or a related field is preferred.

· Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel, Chinese word processing and experience in using accounting software (e.g. MYOB) will be an advantage

· At least 2 years of experience as an Account Clerk or in a similar accounting role.

· Experience in Education ／ Supplementary school would be more preferred

· Good inter-personal skill, mature, independent and initiative

· Immediate available is a highly preferred.

- 核對發票, 跟進 AP & AR, 基本人力管理及工資計算等

工作要求:

- 專上教育程度;

- 2年以上經驗

- 懂MS Excel及中文打字

- 持有LCC高級証書及會計相關高級文憑

Place: Kwun Tong 觀塘

Working Time: Tue - Fri: 10:00 - 7:00 ; Sat: 9:00 - 6:00
