Event Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Event Sales Team
Assist in the preparation of event proposals and banquet event orders
Liaise and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of events
Prepare, compile and distribute regular reports
Perform ad hoc assignments as delegated by supervisors

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or a related discipline
Courteous, service-oriented, and possessing a pleasant personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Experience in sales administrative duties within a luxury hotel environment is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
