Concierge Assistant

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
Assist guest with luggage, ensure timely deliveries and collections of guests’ luggage
Ensure proper records are maintained for all guests’ deliveries
Arrange transportation for guests upon request

Requirements

Certifications or diploma in hotel study is preferred
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Guest service oriented and good communication skills
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
